Glaucoma, as the second cause of blindness only to cataract, is a great threat to the visionof human. The main feature of glaucoma is continuous or continued increasing of intraocularpressure. If the level of intraocular pressure extents the scope which the eye can bear, it willlead to optic shrinking and vision reducing. Especially for the patients whose intraocularpressure is normal in day but high in night. They are difficult to be detected using currentintraocular pressure measuring instruments in the eye clinic. This may delay the treatment andbrings a life-long pain. Therefore, this paper carries out two methods for24-hour intraocularpressure measuring, they are "the based on two magnets measuring method for intraocularpressure" and "the through eyelid measuring method for intraocular pressure". They can takeintraocular pressure in a certain time intervals, and draw a24-hour intraocular pressurefluctuation map.In order to carry out the experimental research systematically, we first create the anteriorchamber perfusion high intraocular pressure model on dead rabbit. The model performsreliable, responsive and non-interference, so it can meet the requirements of the research. Then, it describes the principle and process of the two intraocular pressure measuringmethods, and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of these two methods throughfinite element simulation and experiments. The result shows that the repulsive force-displacement curve of based on two magnets measuring method for intraocular pressure gets afluctuating point, and the fluctuating point is related with intraocular pressure. The througheyelid measuring method for intraocular pressure gets one pressure-displacement curve, andthe slope of one certain part of this curve is related with intraocular pressure. At last, thepreliminary structure of the intraocular pressure measuring instrument is designed.
