Objective:This research aims to search after the rule of distribution and evolvementof TCM syndromes in HIV/AIDS,then explore the relationship between HLA-BGenotypes and TCM syndromes and Drug efficacy in HIV/AIDS,finally valuate theeffectiveness of BOTA FOR AID in HIV treatment.Methods:Project1Research on distribution and evolvement of TCM syndromes in HIV/AIDS.The epidemiology and TCM examination information of177HIV/AIDS patientsof Guangzhou No.8People’s Hospital were investigated,CD4+T lymphocyte countwere tested.First of all,the differences of patients of different gender inthe distribution of infection approach were compared, then the differences ofdistribution of symptoms and signs、the syndromes and the detection ofevidence-based indicators in different gender、age and infection approacheswere compared. Finally analyzed the impact on CD4+T count of the variousindicators through correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.Project2Research on relationship between TCM syndromes and Drug efficacyand HLA-B Genotypes in HIV/AIDSSelected120HIV/AIDS patients from inpatient and outpatient of GuangzhouNo.8People’s Hospital,HLA-B genotypes were detected.First of all, analyzedthe distribution of patients with different genotypes in different age, gender, infection channels, syndromes, the complications, and analyzed the correlationof genotypes and various indicators. Then took a statistics of T-cell changesof patients with different genotypes within one year, and respectively, described statistic of T cells changes of the anti-viral group and BOTA FORAID Capsule group of ones with different genotypes within one year. Finally, used Group Logistic Analysis to state the risk factors may affect CD4+T in BOTAFOR AID Capsule group, and followed a detailed analysis of the differencebefore and after treatment the various indicators between poor efficiency andgood effect groups under the influence of such risk factor.ResultsProject1Research on distribution and evolvement of TCM syndromes in HIV/AIDS.Young and middle-aged were the most in the177HIV/AIDS patients, and theinfection rate of women was raised.Gender and infection channels were relatedstrongly. The main symptoms were fatigue, cough and loss of appetite, the secondones were sweating at night, skin itching, headaches and hair loss, and rash wasthe most common signs. The leading syndrome of HIV/AIDS patients was“Qi andYin Deficinecy&Lung and Kidney Deficiency”,followed by“Qi deficiency andblood stasis syndrome types” and“Liver depression and Qi stagnation Huowangsyndrome types”.The distribution of symptoms and signs, syndrome and variousdetected indicators in different gender, age and infection channels wasdifferent.CD4related with CD8,Th/Ts,WBC,LYM and HGB very strong, the greatestimpact on the CD4were Th/Ts and LYM.Project2Research on relationship between TCM syndromes and Drug efficacyand HLA-B Genotypes in HIV/AIDSThe distribution of patients with different genotypes in gender, infectionchannels and complications was different.Yet there is no difference in thesyndromes.Overall,HIV/AIDS patients with Bw4Bw4genotype CD4and CD8countsignificantly increased before and after one year,in which patients withgenotype Bw4Bw4taking anti-viral CD4,CD8and Th/Ts also significantlyincreased before and after one year.Patients with different genotypes takingBOTA FOR AID all kept stable between before and after one year. There is nodifference between different genotypes.Body weight increasedevidently, scores of symptoms and signs declined evidently in good efficiencyand poor efficiency group of BOTA FOR AID,which both had a significantdifference between pre treatment with post one.CD4,CD8,KarnovskyScore,WBC,LYM and HGB increased significantly after treatment in BOTA FOR AID good efficiency group. The patients under40years of age in good efficiencygroup accounted for the majority, while in poor efficiency group the majoritywas the ones over40years of age. Conclusion1.Gender and infection channel of HIV/AIDS were related strongly in GuangdongProvince. There was difference in the distribution of symptoms andsigns, syndromes and the detection of evidence-based indicators in differentgender, age and infection approaches,Prompt classified treatment may help toimprove the efficacy. The greatest impact on the CD4was Th/Ts and LYM.Promptevaluation of CD4may refer to Th/Ts and LYM.2.The restoration of immune function in patients with HLA-Bw4Bw4genotypefaster than other genotypes,Confirmed that the human genetic background caninfluence the progress of their disease and further the effect oftreatment, which helps to raise awareness of the important function HLA playedin the immune system, and provides a new idea for the study the protectionmechanisms and prevention and control of HIV infection3.Re-verified that BOTA FOR AID may delay emergency of AIDS in the presentstudy.BOTA FOR AID can significantly improve symptoms and signs and qualityof living.BOTA FOR AID may be more suitable for people under40years ofage. And HIV/AIDS patients were mainly young and middle-aged person, the onesunder40years of age accounted for70%,so BOTA FOR AID can play an importantrole in prevention and cure for HIV/AIDS.
