| This research has been made in view of the fact that the mark detection method ofmachine vision has been extensively applied in industrial control, agricultural production, national defense development with comparatively little application in medicine. Currently, when verifying the stone’ location of a patient with kidney stone by using a medicalextracorporeal shock wave hammer apparatus, the X-ray has to be used in the wholeprocess for image formation of the stone’s location. Unnecessary harm of X-ray radiationcan be done to patients as well as doctors and nurses. In addition, with no interest, thestroke patients do not take initiative to their rehabilitation training. With the applicationof the principles of machine vision, the research is aimed at resolving these medicalproblems by developing and designing a set of positioning system that is assisted byshock wave hammer apparatus and can reduce X-ray radiation and a human-machineinteractive system operating in the way of doing games to help the stroke patients in theirrehabilitation training. In the positioning system assisted by shock wave hammer apparatus, the adjacentrectangular grids with the same size are used as marks, corners in which are detected byLucas-Kanade optical flow method. The problems of stone’s location are transformedinto that tracking marks through the methods of following the detection of the corner, tracks of the corner, motion compensation, to achieve the positioning of stone. In therehabilitation training system of the stoke patients, faculae generated by the LED lightsare used as marks that is detected by the method of threshold segmentation, centroidextraction. The system could help rehabilition of limb by tracking the limb that is throughtracking the marks. This research have been designed pingpong ball game, air hokeygame, footbal game for the rehabilitation training of both arms and legs.Motion compensation is done by clinical experiments. The positioning systemassisted by shock wave hammer apparatus can accurately fulfill its function of auxiliarylocation in a relative manner, effectively achieving the reduction of X-ray radiation. Thestroke patients can do physical exercises by the system of the stroke patients’ rehabilitation training, which lead to the enhancement of their training interest. |
