Countermeasure And Research On Problems Of New Rural Cooerative Medical Care Sstem Based On The Theory Of Social Justice

China is a large agricultural country. People in the rural areas make up the majorityof the total population. Problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers have beenrelated to china’s global issues for a very long time. So far, the three rural issues are stillthe biggest problem restricting China’s economic and social sustainable development,and farmers’ issue is a top priority of the three rural issues. So it is particularly importantto safeguard the health of farmers. Ability to meet the farmers’ aspirations of medicalsecurity will largely affect the rural economic development and social stability.Practice has proved that the establishment of a new type of rural cooperativemedical care system is a major decision for building a well-off society in an all-aroundway and effectively solving the three rural issues, and it is the important manifestation ofthe realization of social justice. The establishment and improvement of the new ruralcooperative medical care system can play a very important role in implementing thescientific development perspective and promoting economic development and socialstability.This paper will use method of literature survey, comparative analysis.etc. to carryout the research on the Rural cooperative medical care system in Shandong Province.The paper is divided into five parts:The first one: to introduce the research significance and methods as well as thecondition of home and world.The second one: to explain some concepts and the connotation of Rawls’ justice.The third one: to introduce the Rural cooperative medical care system in ShandongProvince.The four one: combined with Rawls’ theory, to analyze and find out the profoundreason of the new rural cooperative medical system in Shandong Province.The five one: based on Rawls’ theory, to put forward some efficient proposals tosolve the problems of Shandong Province.
