Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenmai post-conditioning on acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in ratS。Methods:Healthy male SD rats32, age10~12weeks, weight240~260g。 Using random number table, were randomly divided into3groups (n=12), sham operation group (S group), ischemia-reperfusion group(I/R group) and SMI post-conditioning group (SPO group). I/R group and SPO group with ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery30min,120min reperfusion method to preparate myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rat model. S group were not ligated but weared wire,When ischemia30min, I/R group were injected0.9%NaCl9ml/kg, SPO group were injected shenmai injection9ml/kg。When reperfusion120min, Collecting blood samples from abdominal artery, to inspect Serum CK activity and cTnl concentration, then kill the rats, take the myocardial tissue, observe the results of pathology and cell apoptosis, calculate the myocardial cell apoptosis index, Using immunohistochemical method to detect Bcl-2and Bax protein expression of myocardial cellsResults:Compared with Sham group, I/R group and SPO group serum CK activity and cTnI concentration increased, I/R group apoptosis index increased, Bcl-2protein expression decreased, Bax protein expression increased, SPO group apoptosis index increased, Bcl-2and Bax protein expression increased (P <0.01). Compared with I/R group, SPO group serum CK activity and cTnI concentration decreased, the apoptosis index lower, Bcl-2protein expression increased, and Bax protein expression decreased (P<0.01), Pathological injury reduced。Conclusion:Shenmai injection post-conditioning can reduce myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury, the mechanism may be related to upregulate of Bcl-2protein expression, and to downregulate of Bax protein expression, so inhibit the myocardial apoptosis o...
