| Objective To explore the relationship between Glycemic fluctuation and diabetic microvascular complications.Methods Forty type2diabetes mellitus without microvascular complications(A group) and forty diabetic microvascular complications(B group) were selected into the study, Fingertip blood glucose were detected in dry chemisty,7times a day,7d, during in hospital,and fasting(FPG) and2h post-breakfast blood glcose(2hPG) after charge once a month,for6months,composed of glucose spectrum. Standard deviation of blood glucose (SD-BG) as the coefficient of glycemic excursion, reflecting the bglucose fluctuations.Results SD-BG,2hPG significantly in Diabetic microangiopathy group (B group) are higher than type2diabetes mellitus without microvascular complications(A group),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).logistis analysis showed that:the coefficient of glycemic excursion is the important risk factors in diabetic microvascular complication, OR is3.17(P<0.05)Conclusions Energetic blood glucose control and diminishing glycemic fluctua ion are helpful to the prevention of diabetic micro vascular complications. |
