Thoracoscopic operative time shorter than the thoracotomy group; thoracoscopic group intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than thoracotomy group; thoracoscopic group was closed thoracic drainage tube drainage time was significantly less than the thoracotomy group; The disease incidence is less than the thoracotomy group; two groups of surgery hospital costs are similar.Conclusion:Thoracoseope technology in the thymus resection on myasthenia gravis safety, effective, and compared with open thoracic surgery small trauma, fewer complications, and quick recovery, less painful.
