PurposeAs is confirmed by study, there is a very close connection between miRNAand the occurrence of cervical carcinoma. In this experiment, by detecting theexpression of miRNA-199a-5p in cervical cancer tissues, it probes into theconnection of miRNA-199a-5p with the occurrence, development, and clinicalpathological characteristics of cervical carcinoma with the aim of offeringinnovative methods for the cause study of cervical carcinoma.Methods20cases of cervical cancer tissues without radiotherapy and chemotherapyand20cases of amputated cervical tissues without cancer disease arecollected during January,2011and July,2011. And they are respectively casegroup and control group. Then Real-time PCR method is adopted to detect theexpressional differences of miRNA-199a-5p in two groups f samples, and theindependent samples t test of SPSS13.0system software is conducted for datacollection and processing. Finally, the connection of the expression ofmiRNA-199a-5p and the clinical pathological characteristics, such as age, sizeof tumor, types of pathology, differentiation of tissue, FIGO staging, is analyzed.ResultsThe expression of miRNA-199a-5p in cervical cancer tissues is muchstronger than that in cervical tissues with P <0.005. A positive correlationbetween the expression of miRNA-199a-5p and the differentiation of tumor isconcluded and the expression of miRNA-199a-5p has no obvious interrelationwith other clinical characteristics. ConclusionsAccording to the abnormally strong expression of miRNA-199a-5p incervical cancer tissues, it is suggested that, to some extent, miRNA-199a-5p islikely to play a role in stimulating the occurrence and development of cervicalcarcinoma as oncogene, which offers an innovative thinking pattern for thecause study of cervical carcinoma and genetic treatment.
