OBJECTIVEThrough the observation and comparison PRF as a scaffold materials andits contains many kinds of cell factors combined training with seed cells, thispaper discusses the formation of the new bone tissue engineering, andpersonalized titanium cover template as the support to maintain new bonevolume and form.METHODSIn vitro culture rabbit bone marrow interstitial stem cells, bone induction.Trials are divided into two groups, the experimental group will induce the bonemarrow stem cells after stroma with PRF mixed implant rabbit after theproduction of mandibular cheek defect area, the outer personalized titaniumplate, titanium nail fixed at three,4,6,8weeks after death animals are new boneheight and width of measurement, regular histological examination, and serumALP detection, observation bone tissue engineering in bone in the body. Thecontrol group covers only defect personalized titanium plate.RESULTSGeneral observation, the wound infection has not occurred,festeringphenomenon, the mental state of the recovery is normal. General new bonespecimens height and volume change, after4weeks,6weeks, the experimentalgroup and control group highly width values (P <0.05), a statistically significant.After8weeks, two groups had no significant difference. Postoperative4weeks,the experimental group and control group ashes new value for significantdifference (P <0.05), and the increase of serum ALP greater than the controlgroup.Postoperative6weeks and8weeks, the difference value no significant meaning (P>0.05), and the serum ALP relative to the control group in alow,postoperative4weeks and postoperative6weeks,6weeks after thesurgery and8weeks new ashes degrees value significantly (P <0.05), serumALP after their highs around (2580.8+/-130.6), and fell significantly higher thanthe control group, and then lower than those of the control group. Regularhistological dyeing display,4weeks after surgery, the spicules role than those inthe control group. After6weeks, two basic no significant difference of bone.CONCLUSIONChoukroun ’s PRF membrane fiber network structures can accommodateseed cells, bone cells in the film can grow on, proliferation and calcification, thisfilm also has wonderful plasticity and biodegradability, is a relatively ideal bonetissue scaffold materials.
