Objective:1.To discuss the relationship of the crouse integration of carotid artery plaque、the gensini integration of coronary artery and PS/PSGL-1et.al;2. To discuss the clinical effect of XinTongfang;3. To discuss the intervention effects of XinTongfang in the blood routine CIMT、the crouse integration of carotid artery plaque、the integration of TCM syndrome and the expression of PS/PSGL-1et.al;4. To discuss the molecular mechanism of XinTongfang.Method:60patients were randomly divided into the XinTongfang group and the control group.The XinTongfang group was given XinTongfang,the control group was given aspirin and atorvastatin calcium.Then record the frequency of angina pectoris、the dosage of nitroglycerin、the the effective rate of ECG、the integration of TCM syndrome, and to test the expression of PS、PSGL-1、PLA、PMA by flow cytometry. Result:1. The crouse integration of carotid artery plaque、PS、PSGL-1、 PLA、PMA has a linear relationship with the gensini integration of coronary artery. PS、PSGL-1、 PLA、 PMA has a linear relationship with the crouse integration of carotid artery plaque too.2. The XinTongfang group was more obvious than the control group in the effective rate of angina pectoris (P<0.05). Withdrawal and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin and the clinical effect of ECG had no differences between two groups (P>0.05).Two groups can ameliorate the integration of TCM syndrome(P<0.01),and the XinTongfang group was more obvious (P<0.05)3. Two groups can reduce the C-IMT and the crouse integration of carotid artery plaque slightly (P<0.05), but no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05)4. Two groups can reduce the expression of TC (P<0.01)、TG (P <0.05)、LDL-c(P<0.05), but no statistical significance between the two groups (P>0.05)5. Two groups can reduce the expression of PS、PSGL-1、PLA、PMA (P<0.01), The XinTongfang group was more obvious than the control group in the expression of PLA and PMA (P<0.05)Conclusion: 1. Carotid artery plaque is a risk factor for coronary heart disease, PS、PSGL-1、PLA、PMA can reflect the degree of inflammatory reaction in patients of coronary heart disease with carotid artery plaque, and PLA、 PMA are more sensitive.2. XinTongfang can ameliorate the clinical effects in patients of coronary heart disease with carotid artery plaque, and advantaged compared with the control group.3. XinTongfang can reduce the C-IMT and the crouse integration of carotid artery plaque,it shows that XinTongfang can stabilize the plaque.4. XinTongfang can reduce the blood routine as atorvastatin calcium.5. XinTongfang can reduce the the degree of inflammatory in patients of coronary heart disease with carotid artery plaque and protect the cardiac muscle cells, this may be one of the molecular mechanism of XinTongfang. |
