A Clinical Obserwate Of Effect Yihuang Decoction Combined With Recombinant Human Interferon On Cervical HR-HPV Infection And Its Impact On Vival Load

PurposeObserved the clinical efficacy of Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon on spleen deficient and Damp heat type of cervical HR HPV(High-risk Human Papilloma Virus,HR-HPV)infection.MethodThe60spleen deficient and Damp heat type of cervical HR HPV infection were randomly divided into two groups(N=30). The treatment group received the treatment of Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon,but the control group received recombinant human interferon.Treated according to the established plan. After treatment the TCM syndromes, HPV viral load and adverse reaction of two groups were compared, and then we were valuation of the clinical curative effect of Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon on spleen deficient and Damp heat type of cervical HR HPV infection patients.Result1.In the regard of TCM syndromes(1) Each symptom scores comparison:IN the treatment group,all the TCM clinical symptoms of spleen deficient and Damp heat type of cervicitis combined HR HPV patients were improved.BUT the control group after treatment only improved the symptoms of vaginal discharge volume, color, texture, odor, genital itching, there was no improvement in backache soft knee, the lower abdomen Zuotong or bulge, greasy mouth bitter, Shenpi fatigue, poor appetite, loose stools symptoms.(2) TCM climate total score comparison:The difference of the two sets of TCM climate total score has statistically significant difference (P=0.000<0.05), Proved that the treatment group in reducing TCM clinical syndromes total score is better than the control group.(3) TCM clinical syndromes comparison:The two groups in improve TCM clinical syndromes, the total effective rate of treatment group was96.67%and the total efficiency of Control group was73.33%. They have significant difference (P=0.000,P<0.05),the total efficiency of treatment group is higher than the control group,SO the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.In the regard of HPV viral load change:Viral load in the treatment and control groups before and after treatment were statistically significantin, both groups before and after treatment viral load difference is statistically significant (P=0.019, P<0.05),There are statistical difference in reducing HPV viral load. Proved that the treatment group in reducing HPV viral load is better than the control group. In the regard of HPV viral load change,The treatment group, the total effective rate of86.67%. The total effect of the control group was56.67%, two groups of HR-HPV viral load change was significant difference (P=0.033, P<0.05),show the treatment group was better than the control group on reduce the HPV viral load.3. In the regard of Security observation:The medication-related adverse reactions were not found in the treatment group and the control group during treatment.Conclusion1.Yihuang decoction was able to improve TCM clinical syndrome curative effect of spleen deficient and Damp heat type of cervical HR HPV infection.2.Yihuang decoction can improve the body clear the HPV virus capability and anti-viral effects,and can enhance immunity,which is non-toxic side effects.
