Objective:Explore the pertinence between the brachial artery-arteria malleolaris pulse wave velocity (BAPWV) detected by the arteriosclerosis detection device and data detected by the Pulse Apparatus, for the purpose of judging the pulse parameter detected by the Pulse Apparatus on the assessment of arterial elasticity function, seting up the mathematical axiom about the brachial artery-arteria malleolaris pulse wave velocity reflecting the degree of arteriosclerosis, promoting the prevention of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases and the research on Modernization of TCM.Methodologies:1.Application detected by the arteriosclerosis detection device in the detection of patients with hypertension in80cases, PWV、ABI and other related indicators, and detection of patients with pulse parameters over the same period, such as t1, t4, t5, h1, h3, h4, h5, h3/h1, h5/h1, t5/t4.2.collection of the research object of the gender, age, height index, alcohol history, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose, creatinine, uric acid and other clinical data;3.Applied independent samples T test, multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the collected data.Results:1st, From simple correlation coefficient between RBAPWV and data detected by the Pulse Apparatus, RBAPWV and pulse parameterst, t5、h3and h4are positively related, the correlation coefficient is0.356(p<0.01)、0.426(p<0.01)、0.281(p<0.05)、0.293(p <0.01)、0.311(p<0.01), RBAPWV and h5negatively, correlation coefficient-0.423(p <0.01).2nd, Through the multiple correlation analysis, adjusted the effects from Sex, Age and BMI, it is found that RBAPWV was positive correlation witht5,、h3、(rt5=0.329,p<0.05; rh3=0.294, p<0.05; rh4=0.337,p<0.05), negative correlation with h5、h5/h1(rh5=-0.298, p <0.05; rh5/h1=-0.255,p<0.05).3rd, Through the multiple stepwise regression analysis,using RBAPWV as dependent variable, Sex、Age、SBP、DBP、PP、BMI、ALT、TG、CHOL、 HDL、LDL、FPG、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、BUN、CREA and URIC as independent variable, it is found that HDL、TG、CHOL and Age were independent influence factors of AI (p<0.05).4th, Using AI as dependent variable, t3、t5、h1、BMI as independent variable, establish a multiple linear regression equation which shows that it is significant (multiple correlation coefficient R=0.750, coefficient of determination R2=0.562, Variance Analysis F=2.942, p<0.001).Conclusion:By simple correlation analysis shows that RBAPWV and22pulse condition parameters of t, t5, h3, h4, h3/hl, correlated with the h5, explain pulse condition parameters of certain parameters can react in a certain extent artery elastic function; through partial correlation analysis, screening out the cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), triglycerides, age for RBAPWV independent impact factors; RBAPWV by multiple linear regression analysis and pulse condition parameters of the regression equation:RBAPWV=RBAPWV=-1915.761-1764.643×t3+1374.460×t5+46.116×h1+16.097×BMI, further validation RBAPWV has correlation with pulse condition parameters, and under the influence of height and weight.
