Objective To analyze the relationship between different grading of Qi deficiency, other disease, syndrome element and pelvic organ prolapse severity; and to study the different expression of MMP-9, TIMP-1mRNA in different Qi deficiency grades’POP population, correlation the analysis of MMP-9, TIMP-1and POP.Method1Clinical study:Through the clinical data standardization collected of pelvic organ prolapse patients, use syndrome differentiation method to classified the Qi deficiency grade of POP populations and the relationship between different accompanied syndromes, syndrome element and pelvic organ prolapse severity.2Experimental study:Using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (real-time qPCR) method detection the MMP-9, TIMP-lmRNA expression in different patients, analysis the differences of MMP-9, TIMP-1mRNA expression in different grades’Qi deficiency POP population.Result1Clinical study(1) In POP patients, disease of qi deficiency and yang deficiency, qi stagnation syndrome is the most common, the location of kidney, spleen is most common, other syndrome element distribution in different situations with different.(2) The different degree of POP in patients with location syndrome element have significant differences in spleen, P<0.05.(3) The different degree of POP in patients with character syndrome element in Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, yang deficiency, blood deficiency syndrome has significant differences, P<0.05.(4) Prolapse degree of POP patients with Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, Yang deficiency, spleen correlation, all P<0.05, a moderate correlation, correlation coefficients were0.492,0.450,0.489,0.443; and with blood, P<0.05, showed a low correlation, the correlation coefficient was0.333.(5) The different degree of POP in patients with prolapse,each of their main syndrome elements are not identical, so their main certificate by themselve main syndrome elements are not identical.2Experimental study (1) Different grades’Qi deficiency of POP patients with related factor MMP-9, TIMP-1mRNA△CT value to express the differences were not significant.(2) Relative expression quantity of MMP-9mRNA:Qi deficiency:level2is1.207times of level1. level3is1.342times of level1, level3is1.111times of level2.(3) Relative expression quantity of TIMP-1mRNA:Qi deficiency:level2is0.906times of level1, level3is0.843times of level1, level3is0.930times of level2.Conclusion(1) POP patients with Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, kidney is most common, with other syndrome elements form and composite card folder. Different prolapse degree of POP patients have different syndrome elements characteristics.(2) Different prolapse degree of POP patients have a positive correlation with Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, Yang deficiency, spleen, blood deficiency.(3) In different Qi deficiency grades’POP patients, their MMP-9, TIMP-1mRNA△CT value to express the differences were not significant, but the relative expression has multiple relationship, can be used to evaluate the degree of POP patients’Qi deficiency. Single syndrome elements may be hard to reflect the inherent mechanism of different POP, but further conclusion depends on the larger sample research, combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation must be destribution to clinical diagnosis and treatment of POP.
