Clinical Characteristic Of Patients In Different Year Stages Of Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective:In this study, the clinical characteristics in different year stages of maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) duration have been described, and the associated risk factor been analyzed.Methodology:326patients from the Research Institute of Nephrology, Jinling Hospital, Nanjing University School of Medicine, separated into5groups according to the duration on MHD. The clinical characteristics data of each group were collected, including age, sex, ultrafiltration in one section of HD, hemodialysis prescriptions, Kt/V, clearance rate of β2-MG, albumin, platelets, alkaline phosphatase, hemoglobin, calcium, phosphate, iPTH and25(OH)D。 And with statistical analysis, logistic regression and linear regression been used to test the clinical characteristics diversity between the groups of MHD patients in our center。Results:When the groups were compared, patients with a longer HD duration were younger, and more likely to get hypoalbuminemia, thrombocytopenia, more unlikely to get the standard of CKD-MBD therapeutic target and percentage of diabetic and hypertension patients decreased as the duration increased.Conclusions:Aimed to improve the long-term outcome of maintenance hemodialysis, mineral bone disorders, hypoalbuminemia, thrombocytopenia is the primary issue need to be resolved。...
