The Impact Of Xiao Liu Qu Du Yin Combined With Cyclophosphamde On Antitumor, NK Cell Activity And Hemolysin Levelon H22Hepatocarcinoma In Mice

Objective: To investigate the impact of Xiao Liu Qu Du Yin combined withCTX on antitumor, NK cell activity and hemolysin level on H22hepatocarcinoma inmice. Methods:50mice were randomly divided into5groups (n=10), and they are:negative control group (physiological saline group), positive control group (CTXgroup), Xiao Liu Qu Du Yin (high, medium, and low dose)+CTX group. Negativecontrol group daily with physiological saline,10mlï¹'kg-1; the positive control groupreceived daily intraperitoneal injection CTX,30mgï¹'kg-1; Chinese medicine dose inXiao Liu Qu Du Yin+CTX group according to body weight of mice administered, andthe high, medium, low dose are respective30,20,10gï¹'kg-1. Intragastricadministration per mice10mlï¹'kg-1, CTX dose and route of administration are thesame as the positive control group. Each group administered once daily, continuousmedication for10days, and on the12th day of tumor cell inoculation, the mice werekilled by cervical. Weighing the tumor tissue and spleen, inhibitory rate wascalculated and NK cell activity and hemolysin level were detected. Results:Compared with the negative control group, the treatment group average tumor weight,NK cell activity and hemolysin level reduced significantly (P<0.05); compared withthe CTX group, the average tumor weight was significantly reduced and hemolysinlevel was significantly increased in the high and medium dose ofXiao Liu Qu Du Yin+CTX group (P<0.05), and NK cell activity increasedsignificantly in the high dose of Xiao Liu Qu Du Yin+CTX group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Xiao Liu Qu Du Yin combined with CTX can inhibit tumor growth, increase NK cell activity and the level of hemolysi n, enhance the body immunity.
