Objective:Through the observation and comparison with the curative effect ofContinuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and Hemodialysis (HD)treatment in uremia encephalopathy (UE), provide the basis for effectivemethods in clinical treatment of uremic encephalopathy.provide the basis forclinical treatment of uremic encephalopathy selection method.Method:38UE patients were selected in2010October to2011October in ourhospital, were divided into continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration treatmentgroup (observation group, n=25) and hemodialysis therapy group (controlgroup, n=13), two cases of information from the medical records of patients, age, sex and clinical data are consistent with diagnostic criteria of chronic renalfailure uremia encephalopathy[1],observe the effect of the two groups and theserum urea nitrogen, creatinine and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels.Result:The cure rate of observation group and the recovery were76.00%,20.00%,53.85%,23.08%were higher than the control group,53.85%(P <0.05); Aftertreatment for2w, observation group of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatininedecreased than the control group obviously, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01); Observation group of blood concentration of parathyroid hormone decline than the control group obviously, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of uremic encephalopathy complicated, timelydiagnosis and treatment can improve the response rate and survival rate. CVVHcan effectively remove the middle molecule toxins uremic encephalopathyassociated, is an effective method for treatment of uremic encephalopathy.
