Objective:To investigate the value of virtual touch tissue quantification associating grayscale in Hashimoto Thyroiditis.Method:Detect the shear wave velocity of the thyroid of150patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis and100healthy volunteers,and detect the grayscale the thyroid of patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis.Then compare the difference of the two group,and analysis the correlation of the shear wave velocity and grayscale in the patients.Result:The shear wave velocity of the left lobe and the right lobe is (1.79±0.92) m/s and (1.81±0.76) m/s respectively in the normal control group,but in the illness group is (3.64±0.72) m/s and (3.65±0.56) m/s. The grayscale of Hashimoto Thyroiditis is (0.48±0.12), and the95%confidence interval is0.46-0.51. There was no statistically significant difference of SWV of left and right lobe in both the two groups (t=0.648、0.393, P>0.05).But when compared with the control group,the SWV of both left and right lpbe of the patients were increasing significantly (the left lobe t=49.11, the right lobe t=49.90, p <0.01).there was negative linear correlation between the SWV and the grayscale of both left lobe and right lobe in Hashimoto Thyroiditis patients (the left lobe r=-0.814,p<0.01; the right lobe r=-0.816, p<0.01)Conclusion:There is important value of virtual touch tissue quantification associating grayscale in the diagnosis of Hashimoto thyroiditis.
