Short Term Clinical Observation Of San He Tong Qiao Kai Xuan Tang Solution After FESS For Chronic Sinusitis

Objective:Chronic sinusitis-nasal polyps were treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) than conventional medication plus oral San He Tong Qiao Kai Xuan Tang,Observation of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,record the postoperative situation of the sinus surgery secretions.crusts,edema,granulation tissue,etc.And with the conventional treatment group as control.evaluation of it sefficacy.Method:According to the diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria, with a randomized trial.Divide64patients with functional endoscopic sinus surgery randomly into into trial group(15cases) and contorl group(15cases).The treatment group received oral San He Tong Qiao Kai Xuan Tang,The control group in addition to conventional medication without other treatment,accordance with the fixed time to review of FESS,observed in patients with nasal symptoms,signs the impact of changes, fill in the table of cases observed.Result:Between the trial group and the contorl group,there were no remarkable differences on gender,ages,patient’s conditions (P>0.05).which refers to that the same base line in two groups.①Trial group and the contorl group compaer with in symptom Integration, has significant differences that Their own before and after the symptom score after4weeks of treatment to control by t-tes (P<0.01).Two groups compaer with in symptom Integration when one weeks and two weeks using t-test. it is significant differences (P<0.05).Two groups compaer with in symptom Integration when one weeks and two weeks using t-test. it is nosignificant differences (P>0.05).②Two groups compaer with in operative cavity Integratio,before treatment and4weeks later using t-test.It is significant differences (P<0.01).Two groups compaer with in operative cavity Integration in after operation one week、 two week,four week using t-test.it is nosignificant differences (P>0.05).③After4weeks of treatment,treatment group and control group was respectively80.00%.73.33%,two groups of rank-sum test statistic Z=-0.624,P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant,are not comparable.Conclusion:ccordingto clinical observations show that chrysanthemum San He Tong Qiao Kai Xuan Tang functional endoscopic sinus surgeryin thepost-pplicatio in2weeks,can improve clinical symptoms significantly.reduce patient suffering of patients,improving quality of life,and the cost of traditional Chinese medicine.which is worth of popularization.
