The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Baibuxiaocuo Decoction For Acne Vulgaris

Objective:①Through the survey methods, analysis on TCM syndrome distribution laws and related influencing factors of acne patients②Through the research method which is randomized and positive medicine contrastded, to observe the efficiacy and safety of Baibuxiaocuo decoction on acne vulgaris(Damp-heat tape).Methods①177patiens’clinical information were collected by questionnaire and physical examination, included age, gender, disease duration, skin type, the performance of skin lesions, rash type symptoms, disease classification, tongue, pulse, syndrome type and lifestyle and so on,then the investigator carried out an correlation analysis.②According to the standard of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion, we filtered out96patiens which syndrome differentiations were heat and damp. There were divided randomly into2groups.Lesions and TCM syndromes clinical symptoms were quantified separately and a total score were calculated respectively.also recorded the adverse reactions and remission of the associated symptoms in the course of treatment,these were used to judge the treatment effect.Results:①A total of177cases of acne patients, male43cases,134cases of female, Average age of they was23.8. The average duration of approximately was23weeks. Distribution of types of skin followed by oil type> mixed type> neutral type>dry type. The patiens which differentiated with damp-heat syndrome accounted for24.9%, this was followed by patiens as wind-heat syndrome,9patients could not syndrome differentiation with the above four types, classified as other types.②After28days, the total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that in the comparion group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The two groups of treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acne, Treatment group of treatment was better than the comparion group after two weeks (P<0.05); Two drugs to improve the efficacy of acne lesions are different, Treatment group was better than the comparion group after three weeks of treatment (P<0.05). To improve the patients’systemic symptoms, the treatment group was better too.(P<0.05).Side effect of treatment group was lower than comparion group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the comparion group, no statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The syndrome differentiation of acne is complex,it lack of a unified standard. Its incidence may be the skin type, personal habits and other factors. Baibuxiaocuo decoction was effective and safe to treat inflammatory acne. It quickly subsided lesions at the same time can be significantly improved in patients with systemic symptoms,with the Jianghuang Xiaocuo Chaji for external use was better.
