| Objective:evaluating ofobjectively the clinical oefficacy and safety of Maitongfang in treating the0level of diabetes foot through the clinical observation.Methods:eligibility criteria of60patients were randomly divided into the treatment group qualified30cases and30cases through adopting experimental methods of random and control. All participants maintain the original diabetes basis and oral glucose-lowering drugs treatment. The treatment group were treated with chinese medicinal of mai tong fang. Blank group lasts only the original diabetes basis and oral glucose-lowering drugs treatment. Both groups to8weeks for a period of treatment,.observed the clinical symptoms and sign of ankle braehial index, toe braehial index,vibration perception threshold,plasma glucose and HbAlC before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:1.The medicinal symptoms of treatment group were much better than control group after treatment (P<0.05)2. The cure rate and effective rate in treatment group were higher than in control group (P<0.05)3. The ABI and TB1in treatment group were much improved after treatment and better than in control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05)4. The deep and superficial sensitivity in treatment group was improved and much better than in control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05)5. FPG,2hPG and HbA1C in treatment group were improved after treatment. To compare with the two groups, HbA1C in treatment group was better than in control group after treatment, and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05),but FPG and2hPG in two groups after treatment had no apparent difference (P>0.05)Conclusion:Maitongfang has the effect of relieving the symptoms and sign of the0level of diabetes foot with.Yin deficiency of both qi, blood stasis obstructing the collaterals.The effect is definite. At the same time, we can ameliorate braehial index, toe braehial index,vibration perception threshold. |
