Objective Incidence and fatality rate of coronary artery diseases were on the rise gradually in the past20years in our country, presently, coronary artery diseases were considered to be a kind of disease relating to abnomality of metabolism, injury of artery endothelium. Inflammatory reaction play a improtant role in the Disease occurrence and development,4S expriment issued in1994laid a basic position for the statins on the treatment of coronary artery diseases, statins were generally considered to be the most effective drug for the coronary artery diseases due to the function of regulating fat metabolism and antiinflammation, preventing hrombogenesis and improving endothelium function. Though many outstanding progresses have been made in the percutaneous coronary intervention, implantation of Coronary stent will lead to the possiblity restenosis, also it can not prevent the stricture of other places, so, it is necessary for the patients with coronary artery diseases totake combined therapy including statins, Aspirin and so on after the Interventional operation. At present, studies of statins are focused o the fact the how to improve the the reaching standard rate of blood lipid especially LDL-C,decrease the side effect and other function besides regulating lipid. The are not many studies about the relation of usage of statins on the PCI patients and the progress of coronary atherosclerosis. Large amout of statins is very effective in decreasing lipid, but increasing side effec. This study internalize the patients with coronary artery disease accepting implantation of Drug eluting stent and drug treatment, at the same time accept Atorvastatin sequential therapy, and assess the progress of primary coronary atherosclerosis of no-PCE intervention pathological vascular by quantitative coronary angiography(QCA) through coronary arteriongraphy2times, so as to further guide the clinical treatment, improve patient’s prognosis.Method56patients undergone PCE were selected and were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Treatment group accepted the treatment of drug recommended plan+Atorvastatin sequential therapy. Control group accepted the treatment of drug recommended plan+simvastatin therapy after PCI. All the patients underwent coronary arteriongraphy and Percutaneous coronary intervention and implantation of Drug eluting stent. The patients underwent the follow-up of coronary arteriongraphycoronary arteriongraphy after6-9months(average6.8±1.3months). The progress of coronary artery disease was assessed according to the2times visualization. The Stenotic Progression showed by the visualization of primary coronary atherosclerosis of no-PCI intervention target pathological changes vassular was definited clearly.Primary coronary atherosclerosis of no-PCI intervention target pathological changes vassular was diagnosised according to facts as follows:Ⅰ type, pathological changes reverse, atherosclerotic plaque was diagnosised by the fist coronary arteriongraphy, but the lumina stenosis decreased by the second coronary arteriongraphy. Ⅱ type, the were not much progress for the coronary artery disease, atherosclerotic plaque was diagnosised by the fist coronary arteriongraphy, but the lumina stenosis increased less than10%by the second coronary arteriongraphy. Ⅲ type, there were slight progress for the coronary artery disease, atherosclerotic plaque was diagnosised by the fist coronary arteriongraphy, but the lumina stenosis increased more than10%but less than30%by the second coronary arteriongraphy, or there no coronary artery disease, but there were neogenesis pathological changes by the second coronary arteriongraphy, lumina stenosis of neogenesis atherosclerotic lesion was more than10%but less than30%.IV type, there were coronary artery disease, atherosclerotic plaque was diagnosised by the fist coronary arteriongraphy, but the lumina stenosis increased more than30%by the second coronary arteriongraphy, or there no coronary artery disease, but there were neogenesis pathological changes by the second coronary arteriongraphy, lumina stenosis of neogenesis atherosclerotic lesion was more than30%. V type, there were coronary artery disease, atherosclerotic plaque was diagnosised by the fist coronary arteriongraphy, but the lumina stenosis aggravated to complete obstruction. The concentration of triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, alanine aminotransferase were determined when the patients were administed to hospital the first time and when readministered to hospital for follow-up.ResultsWe analyzed72patients with primary coronary atherosclerosis of no-PCI intervention target target pathological changes vassulars by the by the fist coronary arteriongraphy. These pathological changes reside in coronary artery of46patients. There were not other primary atherosclerotic plaque except for the intervention targert pathological changes for the other10patients. coronary atherosclerotic plaque. There39position of pathological changes in the treatment group.33position of pathological changes in the treatment group. When coronary arteriongraphy were performed after average6.8±1.3months later follow-up,33position of pathological changes in the treatment group, among which there were6position of Ⅰ type changes,27position of Ⅱ type changes,6position of Ⅲ type changes. There were33position of pathological changes in the control group, and there were5primary pathological changes in3patients when they readministered to the hospital for the follow-up of isualization. In summary, there38position of pathological changes, among which there15Ⅱ type changes,10position of Ⅲ type changes,2position of V type changes. baseline data of the two groups between the were not significantly different. The blood lipid levels decreased evidently between the pretherapy and posttherapy of the two different statins and with significant differences after t test, but there were no significant differences between the two groups. There were significant differences the progress of the primary coronary pathological changes. ConclusionThrough mono-center, observation research for the our country’s patients with coronary artery disease,56patients meeting the standard accepting implantation of Drug eluting stent after average6.8±1.3months later follow-up, the progress of primary coronary atherosclerosis of no-PCE intervention pathological vascular were assess of by quantitative coronary angiography(QCA) through coronary arteriongraphy2times, the result menifest that Atorvastatin calcium sequential therapy can delay the evolvement of coronary artery disease.
