Influence And Significance Of Narrow-band Ultraviolet B Phototherapy On Peripheral Blood CC Chemokine RNATES And CCR3mRNA CCR5mRNA In Patients With Psoriasis

Objective:To evaluate the change of PASI Score in ordinary psoriasis patients before and after with NB-UVB.To investigate the expression of RANTES and it’s acceptor-CCR3mRNA and CCR5mRNA in peripheral blood, analysising the relationship of PASI Score and RANTES in Peripheral blood,exploring the association of RANTE and ordinary psoriasis、the treatment action and potential mechanism of NB-UVB.Method:By means of PASI Score; Separate peripheral blood of ordinary psoriasis patients which before and after with NB-UVB、33health adult by density gradient centrifugation; Detecte the content of RANTE in method of ELISA; Separate PBMC of ordinary psoriasis patients which before and after with NB-UVB、33health adult by density gradient centrifugation; Detecte the content of CCR-3mRNA. CCR-5mRNA in method of RT-PCR.Results:When the PASI Score decrease after treatment of NB-UVB,the disparity have statistical significance.the general effective power of treatment of NB-UVB in ordinary psoriasis patients is83.33%.The expression of RANTES and it’s acceptor-CCR3mRNA、CCR5mRNA in the group of ordinary psoriasis patients higher than the group of health adult, he disparity have statistical significance(p<0.01). When after treatment of NB-UVB,The expression of RANTES and it’s acceptor-CCR3mRNA and CCR5mRNA in the group of ordinary psoriasis patients decrease, compare to the group of healt adult, the disparity have no statistical significance(p>0.05). Expression of RANTES and it’s acceptor-CCR3mRNA and CCR5mRNA before and after treatment of NB-UVB in ordinary psoriasis patients,the disparity have no statistical significance(p<0.01). The content of RANTES in Peripheral blood have positive correlation with PASI Score when before treatment of NB-UVB in ordinary psoriasis patients,(r=0.946, p<0.05); The content of RANTES in Peripheral blood have positive correlation with PASI Score when after treatment of NB-UVB in ordinary psoriasis patients,(r=0.981, p<0.05)。Conclusion:The content of RANTES in Peripheral blood have positive correlation with PASI Score in ordinary psoriasis patients. After treatment of NB-UVB in ordinary psoriasis patients, PASI Score decrease,and expression of RANTES and it’s acceptor-CCR3mRNA and CCR-5mRNA decrease.The gallery level of RANTES in Peripheral blood have positive correlation with pathogenetic condition of ordinary psoriasis patients,It’s high-level expression possible affinity with pathogenesis of psoriasis.The mechanism of NB-UVB may be by means of decreasing content of RANTES and it’s acceptor in Peripheral blood,to cut down chemotaxis of lymphocytes, to achieve treatment of ordinary psoriasis.
