Objective:To explore the effective of utilizing guanjieniucuoshangxiji go with locking compression plate on curing the Schatzker III tibial plateau fracture.Material and method:After consult a number of literatures in ancient or modern, internal or abroad,to summarize and evaluation the pathogenesy of tibial plateau fracture,and the current situation of the measure to prophylaxis or cure it.Through retrospective investigation,overview60patient who suffer from Schatzker III tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into2groups underwent proximal tibial locking plateau surgery.wound healing after suture removal,the treatment group sding the drug dip wash guanjiniucuoshangxji and extension with the actice and passive functional exercise:control line active and passive flexion and extension pure functional training,the clinical effect observed in control group.Consequernce:Guiding by the theory orthopaedics and traanmstology of TCM,do clinical research of guanjieniucuoshangxiji go with locking compression plate on curing the tibial plateau fracture.Through a retrospective study,observed60cases of Schatzer III tibial lateau fracture patients underwent proximal tibial locking plate surgery postoperative wound healing after suture removal,treatment group using the drug dip wash guanjeiniucuoshangxiji linb knee,with active and passive range of motion function training;the control group was only active and assive glexion and extension line functional exercise,the resits show that the drug combination guanjieniuchuoshangxiji wash Schatzker III type locking plate fixation of tibial plateau fractures with good effect.Conclusion:Chinese Washing side can penetrate through the skin, so that the active ingredients directly to patients, the improvement of activity through the knee joint or knee joint function Rasmussen grading system changed to reduce the patient to face the pressure to restore and promote theactivities of the knee rehabilitation, physical therapy to reduce the recovery time is the low-energy tibial plateau fracture after arthroscopic surgery an effective way to rehabilitation therapy.
