| Objective:To observe the clinical effects and the influence which is renal Sue drink to chronic renal failure patients blood routine,24h urine protein quantitative,renal function and connective tissue growth fact(CTGF),bone morphogenetic protein7(BMP-7)and other indicators through the clinical observation.Discussing the mechanism of action of the treatment of chronic renal failure by the Chinese Medicine herbal soup renal Sue drink in order to delay renal fibrosis.Methods:Sixty cases selected randomly assigned into two groups:the control group of30patients and the treatment group30cases.The control group was given the pure western symptomatic treatment when the treatment group based upon the control group with renal Sue drink,water decoction, meal orally,two times a day.Observe a month and two groups of patients are in a month for a period of treatment.To observe the changes of hemoglobin,24-hour urinary protein excretion,Ccr,renal function,CTGF,BMP-7in blood and urine and other laboratory parameters also the clinical symptoms of two groups before and after treatment.In addition,select normal group25cases as control group,comparing with the CTGF,BMP-7level detection of CRF patients blood and urine.Results:Two groups in improving TCM syndrome,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).Treatment in both groups could be increased in patients with CRF hemoglobin,serum albumin and the difference was statistically significant but no statistically significant difference between the groups.After therapy,two groups of24hours urinary protein quantitative before treatment is significantly reduced and the treatment group lower level more significant,the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of BUN,Scr level decreased significantly than before treatment while Ccr level is elevated (p<0.01).The treatment group to reduce the level of Scr and increased Ccr more obvious(p<0.01) Comparing with the control group.Before treatment the blood and urine CTGF level of CRF patients were higher than the healthy group when the BMP-7levels in blood and urine decreased (p<0.01).The CTGF level and the level BMP-7in the blood and urine of two groups no correlation before treatment(p>0.05).The CTGF level in blood and urine of two groups are declined after treatment than before while BMP-7level in blood have elevated compared with the previous but the effect of the treatment group more significantly(p<0.01).Two groups of urine BMP-7level change no difference (p>0.05).Before and after treatment the blood CTGF and Ccr in patients of CRF are moderately negative correlation while the BMP-7in blood and urine with Ccr is a moderate positive correlation.Before treatment the CTGF in blood and urine and24h urine protein quantitative unrelated (p>0.05).In terms of clinical disease outcome,the treatment group was better than the control group and the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions:1.The CRF patients of CTGF in blood and urine level is obviously higher than the normal control group when CRF patients of BMP-7level in blood and urine decreased obviously than normal control group.2.Renal Sue drink can significantly improve the patients with clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure turbidity stasis block type.3.Renal Sue drink which in reducing proteinuria,the serum creatinine and increasing Ccr etc aspects the effect is more significant than pure western medicine treatment.4.The serum CTGF level and Endogenous creatinine clearance rate with CRF patients are negatively correlated when CRF patients with CTGF in blood and BMP-7level in blood and urine and Ccr are moderately positive correlation.5.Renal Sue drink can significantly reduce chronic renal failure patients serum and urinary CTGF level while can rising chronic renal failure patients serum and urinary BMP-7levels so as to reduce renal fibrosis degree and play a protective effect on the kidneys. |
