The Effects On The Leveal Of The RASS And HCY Of The Qi-deficiency And Blood And Water Pan Stasis Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure With Jianxin Granule

Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianxin Granule on the leveal of the RASS and plasma Hey in patients who belong to Qi-deficiency、blood and water pan stasis syndrome type of chronic heart failure,Based on the indicators of change in the control group and the treatment group before and after treatment, then we can objectively evaluate the response on the treatment of chronic heart failure with Jianxin Granule,and preliminary study the action mechanism on chronic heart failure with Jianxin Granule..Methods:100patients with Qi-deficiency, blood and water pan stasis syndrome type of chronic heart failure choosen to this study which divided into a control group and a treatment group at random, each include50cases. The control group has a conventional therapy,means taking Bisoprolol1.25mg per day,and adding the amount gradually, doubling per week,control the heart rate not be less than60beats/min and the max dose not more than5mg per day; taking Perindopril2mg per day, and adding the amount to the patients can tolerate’s gradually.If the patients can’t tolerate they can taking Irbesartan for instead. Use the Diuretics conventionally too.On the basis of the conventional control group treatment,the treatment group plus the Jianxin Granule which taking with warm water three times a day and1packet every time. The two groupes are all treat one course means four weeks.Observed the changes of BNP、renin activity、angiotensin Ⅱ、aldosterone、homocysteine、6minutes walk test、TCM syndrome integral、heart function.Results:1、Comparison of the clinical efficacy:the total effective rates of tcm syndrome of the control guoup were86%,the treatment group were92%; there has significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05);6minutes walk test of the treatment group and the control guoup both have a significant difference compared with pre-treatment,and the control group improve more significant.(P<0.05).2、Detection indexes:The levels of BNP、renin activity、angiotensin Ⅱ、aldosterone、and Hey are all decreased compared with before treatment in the both two groups(P<0.05), and the indexs of treatment group are all decreased more significant than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianxinkeli can improve the heart function and clinic symptoms of Qi-deficiency and blood and water pan stasis syndrome type of CHF. The mechanism is related to that Jianxinkeli can suppression the active of RAAS and reduce the level of plasma Hcy further than the basic therapy.
