| Objective: To study the relationship with serum magnesium level andtype2diabetes and the diabetic nephropathy.Method: A selection in our endocrinology has clearly diagnosed w-ithtype2diabetes patients sixty name, according to their UAER in24hoursis divided into normal urine protein group(UAER<30mg/24h), earlydiabetic nephropathy group(UAER>30-299mg/24h), Cli-nical diabeticnephropathy group(UAER>300mg/24h); and with the same period inour hospital medical center medical healthy subje-cts and name as controlgroup. General data collection (including height, weight, course ofdisease, gender, age, etc.) and testi-ng fasting plasma glucose, fastinginsulinã€HbAlCã€serum magnesiumã€HOMA-IRï¼›And the test results wereanalyzed statistically。Conclusion:(1)in diabetic nephropathy each period, magnesium levelswere significantly lower, and compared to normal significantly(P<0.05)(2) In patients with type2diabetes normoalbuminuriaperiod, early diabetic nephropathy and clinical nephropathy peri-od serummagnesium level showed a significantly negative correla-tion withUAER(r=-0.794,P<0.001).(3)serum magnesium level in T2DMpatients showed a significantly negative correction with gl-ycosylatedhemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose and insulin resistance (P<0.001,P<0.05). |
