| Objective: To determine the brain trauma fracture healing and fracture rats serum ofdifferent periods of callus and clear the fracture in, the level of expression ofPDGF,BFGF and the mechanism of accelerating during healing of fracture.Method:1. to Establish fracture model of traumatic brain injury in rats right tibia.2.toobserve fracture group and brain injury and fracture group by X-ray after differentperiods of callus formation, fracture healing.3.to use ELISA detection method for thedetermination of the normal group, fracture group, the group of brain damage andfracture with brain injury rats in different periods serum PDGF, bFGF the expressionlevel and the related statistical analysis.4.taking the tissue around fracture about1cm offracture group, brain injury and fracture group, then taking HE staining, to observe thelevel of expression of bFGF, PDGF for statistical analysis.Result:1.X-ray shows more fracture with brain injury in rats fracture callus,accelerating healing.2.Simple fracture group, the pure brain injury group serum PDGF,bFGF was a transient increasing, quickly reduced to normal levels; brain injury andfracture rats compared to the Serum expression levels were significantly higher, and thepeak time was significantly (P <0.05) in advance.3.HE staining showed that the fracturewith brain injury in rats than a simple fracture group, we can see a large number ofgranulation tissue formation, neovascularization and osteoblast activity is strong;immunohistochemical staining showed that fracture with brain injury in rats number oflocal tissue in PDGF, bFGF cells positive expression was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.This experiment has showed that the expression of PDGF and bFGFwere the factors to accelerate the speed of fracture healing in the the bone fracture withcerebral injury.2Multiple factors have participated in and coordinat the fracture healing.PDGF and BFGF may be important factors infracture healing. |
