| Objective:To observe the effect of Aplastic Anemia of the model rat’s Regulation Factors’ level is treated with Tonifying Kidney and Replenishing Essence Method, in order to investigate the mechanism of action. Methods:Clean-class Wistar rats were divided into4groups, namely blank group, model group, treatment group (Tonifying Kidney and Replenishing Essence basic prescription, TKRE) and control group (Aplastie Anemia Blood-engendring tablet) respectively. Rats were given the5-FU plus Myleran to induce AA model of rats. The blank group rats were fed normal foods, after judging AA model succesfully, the treatment group and control group rats were fed with TKRE prescription and Aplastie Anemia Blood-engendring tablet for30days, After the experiment ended, observe each group of rat’s general condition and symptoms, test each rat’s circumference blood cytometry, the marrow pathology, the level of IL-11and EPO. Results:(1) Rat’s general condition and symptoms:Compared with model group, the treatment group and control group rat’s spirit diet and motion were improved, the quality of life raised;(2) Circumference blood cytometry:Compared with model group, the number of blood cells in treatment group were increased in varying degrees, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the treatment group has significantly risen in white blood cell, the blood platelet and the net weaves the red blood cell number, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Marrow pathology:Compared with the model group, the treatment groups’ marrow proliferation restored, the three System cells proliferate, un-hematopoietic tissue and adipose Tissue reduce relatively, the hematopoietic structure restored, the treatment group brought about a striking effect than control group.(4) EPO levels were elevated in treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); while the IL-11level was increased slightly, the difference was statistically significant (T<0.05). Conclusions: According to the experiment that the tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method could significantly improve rat’s general condition and symptoms, promote rat’s circumference blood cells, improve bone marrow hematopoietic function of aplastic anemia model of rat. Taking into account that the tonifying kidney and replenishing essence method can effectively improve abnormal secreteing of regulation factors, encouraged the bone marrow hematopoietic function’s recover, through it we can achieve the therapeutic purposes. |
