The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Heart And Dampness Obstrustion Sydrome To AS With Qingrelishi Bushenhuoxue Decoction

Objective:Ankylosing spondylitis, the main systemic disease is a chronic inflammation of the axial joint and tendon ligament bone attachment points, tendon inflammation and asymmetric peripheral arthritis characterized by inflammatory low back pain. Mainly involving the sacroiliac joints and the spine, the eventual development of fibrous and bony ankylosis can also be varying degrees of involvement of the eyes, lungs, kidneys and other organs and the cardiovascular system. The disease is more common in young adults and familial aggregation occult onset.The rate of morbidity of this disease is20%to30%, seriously affecting the quality of life of the patients to bring a heavy burden to the society and the familyResearch purposes:Through the Randomized, controlled, prospective study of experimental design methods, the study was carried out for the treatment of AS belonging to heat and dampness obstruction sydrom with QingReLiShi BuShenHuoXue Decoction to objectively observe and evaluate its short-termand long-trem efficacy,safety,delay ing the progressing of diseace, improve the quality of life in patients with clear features and advantages of the square in the treatment for clinical application of the method to provide reliable evidence based medicine.Methods:62cases were randomly divided into a trentment group and a control group,31cases in each group.The patients in the test group were treated with QingReLiShi BuShenHuoXue Decoction,as while the control group were treated by clearing away damp and heat medicinal granules. In both groups,the course of treatment is one month, with there followup surveies in3months.Results:Both of the two method improved the patients morning s tiffness,low back pain,joint pain,joint swelling, symptom score, BASMI score,VAS pain score, and the effeat of treatment group was better than control group (P＜0.05). Both did not significantly improve ESR and CRP (P＜0.05). No serious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion:This clinical study proved that the QingReLiShi BuShenHuoXue Decoction in treating AS was effective and safe,more durable and stable. And this group had the features and advantages with less side effect.As a result, it was worthy of clinical application for the group points with bushenhuoxue qingrelishi soup in treating AS.
