| Purpose: faeries bone remains capsule on the osteoporoticvertebral body compression fractures after surgery forpatients with bone mineral density and non-surgical vertebralfracture again hair curative effect observation and discussionof the protruding after percutaneous vertebral angioplasty forthe treatment of spinal vertebral compression fractures.Methods: from June1,2011-on February1,2013, the authorat a hospital in wuhan1200VCF patients information collection,use divided into western medicine group (conservative)cooperate with conservative treatment group, western medicinewith vertebral plasty and proprietary Chinese medicine,western medicine group (control group) with vertebral plasty group (treatment group).40cases in each group and byconservative group and control group in degree of pain VAS scoreand ODI score, evaluation of the protruding after percutaneousvertebral plasty of osteoporotic vertebral compressionfractures. Through postoperative VAS score of control group andtreatment group, ODI score, bone mineral density T value andnon-surgical vertebral fracture recurrence and non-surgicalvertebral fracture recurrence rate, to evaluate the faeriesbone remains capsule in patients with vertebral compressionfractures of postoperative patients with postoperative pain,quality of life, bone mineral density and non-surgicaltreatment of vertebral fracture again hair.Results:(1) the conservative group2days after the VAS score and thecontrol group after2days of VAS score statistics analysis havesignificant statistical difference (P <0.05), but in1monthand3months after treatment for the statistical analysis oftwo groups of VAS score has no obvious difference (P>0.05).That alleviate patients pain in a short time in vertebral plastymore conservative treatment has a significant meaning. (2) the control group after2days and ODI scores after Januaryand conservative groups in2days after January and ODI scoreswere statistically significant differences (P <0.05), thecontrol group after3month of ODI score and conservative groupin March after the ODI score statistics analysis has no obviousdifference (P>0.05). The description in a short time, rapidlyimprove the patient’s quality of life and life care of theprotruding after percutaneous vertebral plasty has obviousadvantages compared with conservative treatment.(3) the treatment group and control group in January2daysafter surgery and postoperative VAS score and ODI scores haveno obvious differences in statistical analysis (P>0.05),treatment group and control group in June3month after surgeryand postoperative ODI score had significant difference (P <0.05). Illustrate the faeries bone remains capsule nosignificant role in ease patients’ pain, and in the short termto the patient’s quality of life and life self-care has noobvious increase, but in March after ascension has significanteffect to the quality of patient life.（2)March (4) preoperative and postoperative treatment groupand control group in preoperative and postoperative march bonedensity has no obvious difference in statistics (P>0.05), postoperative June compare of bone mineral density two groupswere statistically significant differences (P <0.05), showsthat long-term use of the faeries bone capsule can effectivelyimprove patients with bone density, thereby reducing thepostoperative nonsurgical patients with fracture of vertebralbody hair again to improve the quality of life.(4) in the treatment group to fracture,2cases withrecurrence of vertebral body fractures on average153.3days,the control group, there are again hair fractures,2cases withrecurrence of vertebral fractures in132.9days on average. Inthe two groups on the recurrence rate of fractures in thestatistical analysis of no significant difference (P>0.05),two groups of non-surgical vertebral body fracture recurrenceinterval in the statistics had obvious difference (P <0.05).Directions faeries bone remains capsule to reduce vertebralfracture recurrence rate of the operation has no obvious effect,but could extend the non-surgical vertebral fracture intervalagain hair.Conclusion: through the retrospective study of the author candraw of the protruding after percutaneous vertebral plasty withconservative treatment in a short period of time quicklyalleviate patients’ pain, improve patient’s quality of life and life self-care ability of patients. Description of theprotruding after percutaneous vertebral plasty is an effectiveway of treating vertebral compression fractures, vertebralplasty more conservative treatment has a significant meaning.Line for vertebral plasty surgery patients with long-term useof the faeries bone remains capsule can improve bone mineraldensity, reduce postoperative non-surgical vertebral fractureagain hair at the same time interval. But on the reduction ofnon-surgical vertebral fracture recurrence rate has no obviouseffect. |
