| Objective: Through observing the urine changes of color, quality,volume and frequency between pre-operation and post-operation inthe80cases of fracture patients, and collecting the patient’s age,hemoglobin, pulse condition, tongue like, solar terms, surgery,intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion amount, operationduration, surgery anesthesia and so on ten single factors,weanalyse the informations which we collected.By analyzing theinformations,we research the influence of surgical trauma andrelated operation condition on patients’ urination changes,anddiscuss the related factors which related to the changes of urine.After that,we make a summary,and hope the summary can be beneficialto clinical scientists in evaluating the efficacy of surgery andjudging the prognosis of surgery.We also hope this research resultcan do help in formulating appropriate and effective treatmentplan.Method: Selected80cases in orthopaedics hospitalized patientswith surgical treatment of fractures, in strict accordance with thesurgical indications decided to surgery, tell the patient andfamily to specific operation method and existing risk and required surgery patients or their family members signed informed consentto surgery, to instruct patients to actively cooperate with allpreoperative examination and preoperative preparation, the authorand the other disciples24hours prior to surgery,24hours afterthe operation, collection and record patients’ urine color, urineand urine quality information and photo record, preoperative urinecolor, quantity and quality by measured after the patient care orfamily description, there is a certain error, timely and accuraterecords and collect the surgery in patients with the patient’s age,gender, hemoglobin, blood sedimentation, pulse condition, tonguelike, blood pressure, throttle, surgery methods, surgical site,surgical blood loss, blood transfusion amount, duration of surgery,surgery anesthesia surgery is related to the single factor analysis,observation of postoperative urinary color and change process ofurine.
