Study On Correlations Between Different Experiences Of Sudden Death And Quality Of Life Of People In The Yunnan Unexplained Sudden Death Ward

【Objectives】U?nderstanding the population s characteristics of quality of life inYunnan Unexplained Sudden Death ward, to further explore the relationshipbetween different sudden death experienced in sudden death ward crowd andquality of life.In order to provide a scientific basis and provide a newdirection for the etiology and to develop awareness and improve thequality of life of the ward population.【Method】According to the geographical distribution，the survey samples for theoccurrence of Yunnan Unexplained Sudden Deathe are form Heqing County，Eryuan County, Xiangyun County, Nanjian County and Yunlong County，DaliBai Autonomous Prefecture located in the south of Yunnan； Dayao Countyof Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture located in the central of Yunnan；Lushui County of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture located in thenorthwest of Yunnan and Tengchong County of Baoshan City located in thesouthwest of Yunnan，in accordance with the principle of the geographicalenvironment， lifestyle and similar economic level, Yongping County andDali Ancient City, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture which did not happenYunnan Unexplained Sudden Death and will be far away from the YunnanUnexplained Sudden Death ward in the control group. The surveyquestionnaire taken homemade family questionnaire and personal circumstances questionnaire used to understand the surveyed families andindividuals, the survey populati?on s quality of life indicatorsmeasuring from the WHOQOL-BREF (Chinese version) to reflect thequestionnaire. The survey application EpiData software double data entrycheck，using the SPSS11.0statistical software to analysis the survey data.The main statistical methods are X2test，t-test and multiple linearregression.【Results】The survey was conducted in four states(city), lOcountiers,18towns,37villages,2209villagers. Issued a total of2400questionnaires,2323recover questionnaires,2209effective questionnaires, the rate ofrecover and efficiency are96.79%and95.09%. The results of the surveyvariables are total quality of life scores, physical field score,psychological field score, the field of social relations score andenvironment field score calculated from the World Health Organizationquality of life assessment (WHOQOL-BREF Chinese Edition)； The explanatoryvariables include: Whether have the experience of sudden death, residentpopulation, housing type, gender, age, education level, marriage,religion, occupation, medical insurance situation, whether sufferingfrom chronic disease, whether in the hospital in the past year. The resultsfound that: Ward QOL score sudden death expeience in the field of physical,psychological, environmental and social relations scores were51.30+6.50、14.94±3.45、11.83±1.45、10.76±2.28、13.75±2.24，Ward no suddendeath experience the crowd quality of life score and physiological,psychological, environmental, social relations scores were55.28+5.8>14.88±2.93、13.15±1.39、12.42±2.11、14.84±1.91. In addition to thephysical domain score the ward crowd have no significant difference(t=0.044，p=0.965) were significantly lower than the population ofcontrol group in the rest of the dimension score (tpsychologlcal 1，p<0.001，ttotal score=-8.865，p<0.001). Ward sudden death experienced thecrowd in the same quality of life score, psychological, environmental andsocial relations dimension score below the ward no experience of suddendeath crowd; However, between the two groups in the field of physiologicalno difference(t=0.210，p=0.834). After controlling for other factors,multiple linear regression found that Yunnan sudden unexplained death theWard sudden death experience is still the ward population quality of lifeof the main factors affecting Yunnan sudden unexplained death, otherinfluencing factors include education, whethersuffering from chronicdiseases and medical insurance.【Conclusion]Yunnan unexplained sudden death ward population s quality of life is lessthan the non-endemic populations. The factors affect the quality of lifeof Ward crowd Yunnan unexplained sudden death include education level,whether have the chronic illness and health insurance situation. For thisreason, it is necessary to suggested that relevant department toinvestigation out of the question to make the appropriate measures toimprove and enhance the Yunnan unexplained sudden death in the qualityof life in the ward population through Yunnan unexplained sudden deathward crowd.
