Objects: In this study, according to the effect of medicine-separated moxibustion ondifferent age groups of organism’s “Shenque”,“guanyuan”,“Zusanli”,“Shenshu”and “Pishu”,It aim to observe the change of the IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3of the crowd’organism, clarify the mechanism of medicine-separated moxibustion regulating on IgA,IgG, IgM and complement C3.Methods: The Yin and kidney drugs selected: prepared radix rehmanniae24g,Chinese yam12g,poria cocos9g, Rnizoma Alismatis9g and cortex moutan9g smashed intopowder through a120mesh sieve, mixed with flour thoroughly according to selectivityratio1:1, mixed with water respectively before using, pressed into a medicinal cake withdiameter2.5cm, thickness0.8cm medicinal and set on acupoint. The moxa elected fromfinest folic artemisiae made into the conical Ai-zhu which each strong is about0.3g withthe size of the bottom diameter1.5cm, high-1cm. Selecting eight acupuncture:Shenque,Guan Yuan, Zusanli (double), Pishu (double), Shenshu (double). Ai-zhues wereplaced and ignited on acupuncture points, and each point were ignited3strong.Moxibustion once every two day,10times as a course. observed objects were observe theresults after a course of treatment who were drawn6mL venous blood separately atprevious day and latter the day for the course of treatment. In order to observe the contentof observed organism’s IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3.Results:1.The content of youth group’s IgG and IgA was lower than beforemoxibustion, IgG had remarkable statistically significant (P<0.01), and IgA had statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). The content of youth group’s IgM was higher than before moxibustionand the content of youth group’s complement C3was lower than before moxibustion,butthis difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). WBC,RDW(%),MPV(%)significantly increased relative to before the moxibustion and the difference had statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).2. The content of middle-age group’s IgG and IgA was lower than before moxibustionand both IgG and IgA has statistically significant (P<0.05). The content of middle-agegroup’s IgM was lower than before moxibustion and The content of middle-age group’scomplement C3was higher than before moxibustion,but this difference had not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05). WBC、NEU、BASO、MCHC significantly increased relative to beforethe moxibustion,LYM(%)significantly reduced relative to before the moxibustion and thedifference had statistically significant (P<0.05). 3. The content of old age group’s IgG and complement C3was obviously higher thanbefore moxibustion and both IgG and complement C3had statistically significant (P<0.05).The content of old age group’s IgG and IgA wais lower than before moxibustion,but thisdifference had not statistically significant (P>0.05). MONO、BASO、MCH significantlyincreased relative to before the moxibustion, this difference had statistically significant(P<0.05). MCHC significantly increased relative to before the moxibustion and thisdifference had remarkable statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusions:1. Medicine-separated moxibustion had enable the content ofmiddle-age group’s IgG and IgA reduce and increased the content of the white blood cells,red blood cell distribution width and mean platelet volume, thereby enhancing itsnon-specific immunity and improving young people’s immunity.2. Medicine-separated moxibustion had enable the content of middle-age group’s IgGand IgA reduce and enhanced the immunity of the middle-aged through increasing thecontent of the white blood cells, the neutrophil, basophils, Mean corpuscular hemoglobinconcentration and declining the content of lymphocyte hundreds.3. Medicine-separated moxibustion elevated the content of old age group’s IgG andand C3, as well as the content of monocytes absolute, the basophils absolute and meancorpuscular hemoglobin concentration, which suggested that medicine-separatedmoxibustion improve elderly body immunityis through increasing the content of IgG andC3and enhancing their participation in the non-specific immune.4. After medicine-separated moxibustion,the series of changes of the blood cells ofdifferent ages were different, which suggested that there were differences in drugmoxibustion on changes in blood cell series at different ages.5. After medicine-separated moxibustion, the youth group and the middle-aged groupimmunoglobulins exceptionally reduced and the elderly group’s immune globulinelevated,which suggested that moxibustion could improve the Immunocompromised body’simmune globulin, but the impact of the immunoglobulin normal body pending furtherobservation.
