| Objectives: The study observed clinical efficacy and change of thescale of the tinnitus evaluation with tinnitus of deficiency qi andblood patients by moxibustion with warming needle,and to providereliable guidelines and basis of treatment of nervous tinnitus inclinical.Methods: In this study,60cases of patients with tinnitus ofdeficiency qi and blood were from Wuhan Hospital of IntegratedChinese and Western medicine acupuncture clinic or hospitalized.According to treatment sequence, through the investigation withrandom number table, the patients were randomly divided into twogroups: there are32cases of moxibustion with warming needlegroup (treatment group),there are30cases of acupuncture group(control group), Each group received two treatment courses, total12days.Observe the comprehensive effect of each group.Weassessed the difference of the treatment effect between the twogroups by SPSS software statisticsResults: Compared the general information of the two groups, prompted that the two groups in sex,age,duration,beforetreatment in degree of tinnitus and tinnitus matching seores werefound no significant differenee (P>0.05). Comparison ofcomprehensive therapeutic effect:, the treatment group of1caseswere cured, with a total effective rate was96.88%, the controlgroup were cured5cases, with a total effective rate was86.7%.Treatment of the two groups are valid, Therapeutic effect of thetreatment group compared with the control group, the differencewas significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: Research showed that acupuncture combined withmoxibustion for tinnitus of deficiency qi and biood has definite effect.Whether the healed and significant effective rate or theimprovement of the scale of the tinnitus evaluation,The treatmentgroup was better than control groups. |
