Clinical Observation Of Weifuchun Pieces Combined With Western Medicine Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Gastritis Of Spleen Deficiency With Hot Type

Objective The chief purpose of this research is to compare theClinical comprehensive therapeutic effect、the TCM symptoms score、Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and drug safety and otheraspects before and after treatment to investigate whether Weifuchunpieces combined with Western medicine treatment is effective totreat Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis of SpleenDeficiency with Hot Type.Methods All of the60cases were selected from the digestiveoutpatient department of Hubei Provincial Traditional ChineseMedical Hospital from2011December to2012December.According tothe sequence of treatment，they were randomly divided into2groups:the treatment group (Weifuchun pieces combined with Westernmedicine treatment group) and the control group (Western medicinetreatment group)with30cases in each.Compared the gender, age,severity，Helicobacter pylori infected of two groups of patientsthrough statistical analysis， they are not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05) and comparable.The control group received Pantoprazole Sodium (40mg po. bid)、Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets(914mg po. tid) andClarithromycin Sustained Release Capsules(0.5po.qd), and thetreatment group added Weifuchun Pieces(4pieses po. tid) with the treatment based on the control group. The two groups were treatedfor14days,and enjoined all of the patients to discontinue otherdrugs directly related to the treatment and cold spicy greasyfood,and kept bland diet.Try to avoid cross infection by usingseparate utensils to eat.Review at least one month after stopping drugs,then compareand make a detailed record of the Clinical comprehensivetherapeutic effect，the TCM symptoms score，Helicobacter pylorieradication rate and drug safety and other aspects before and aftertreatment.The collected data using SPSS17.0statistical softwarepackage, according to the measurement data using t test; count datausing chi-square test; grade data using rank sum test, statisticalanalysis.Results Compared the treatment group (Weifuchun pieces combinedwith Western medicine treatment group) and the control group(Western medicine treatment group) in the Clinical comprehensivetherapeutic effect of Chinese medicine symptom improvement，Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and drug safety and otheraspects before and after treatment。 The treatment group issignificantly better than the control group according to thesignificant differences Statistically (P<0.05).Conclusion This topic intends to investigate the availability ofWeifuchun Pieces Combined with Western medicine treatment treatingHelicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis of SpleenDeficiency with Hot Type from the Clinical comprehensivetherapeutic effect，the TCM symptoms score， Helicobacter pylorieradication rate and drug safety.By strengthening the spleen andinvigorating qi and invigorating the circulation of blood and relieving internal heat or fever， Weifuchun Pieces have asignificant effect in resisting Helicobacter pylori. It mainly hasfour characteristics: one is to directly inhibit Helicobacterpylori; two is to weaken its toxicity; three is to improve curativeeffect and reduce the recurrence; four is to improve symptoms,reduce adverse reactions and improve patient compliance.Thespecific mechanism, function mode is worthy of in-depth studyresearch and further expounded.
