Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of child-bearing age women of infertility contributed by Budd-Chiari syndrome. In order to raise the level in understanding of Budd Chiari syndrome lead to infertility. Attention to multidisciplinary management of pregnancy to BCS patients after surgery.Methods:Retrospective analyze four cases of female BCS complicated with primary or secondary infertility, who were treated in Vascular Surgery Department of the Shandong Qianfo Mountain Hospital affiliated to Shandong University from2003to2009. Combined with literature data, retrospective analyze of the clinical diagnosis and treatment clinical manifestations, etiology and pathogenesis of of Budd-Chiari syndrome with infertility patients.Results:The main clinical manifestations of BCS complicated with infertility include abdominal distention, abdominal pain, irregular menstruation, such as menstrual cycle length is differ, the quantity is little, the color is brown/dark red, continuous vaginal bleeding, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea. Other symptoms include palpitations, liver area unwell, loss of appetite, nausea, etc. DSA found that inferior vena cava stenosis or occlusion accounted for the majority. After interventional therapy or operation treatment, they got pregnancy natural. Pregnancy went smoothly and got Full-term children.Conclusions: 1.BCS may be one of the reasons leading to female infertility.2.For long-term unexplained infertility patients, suggestion to do related check to eliminate chronic type BCS.3. Management of pregnancy in patients with BCS, emphasis on multidisciplinary management. Based on the dynamic monitoring of blood coagulation, prophylactic anticoagulant therapy will be safe in late pregnancy.
