The Case Control Study Of Cognitive Function Between Starting Young And Middle-aged Depression Patients With And Without Somatization

Objection Accompanied by symptoms of depression in patients with somatization whether there are more severe cognitive impairment than not associated with depression in patients with somatization. Accompanied by physical symptoms of depression in patients with frontotemporal damage is more serious than not associated with somatization of depression in patients with damage. Cerebral neural basis of cognitive impairment in patients with depression of patients with somatization symptoms of depression.Methods61depression patients with Somatization and58depression patients without Somatization and60normal persons attended in this comparison assessment.The cognitive function were measured by WAIS-RC> Wechsler Memory Scale and wiconsin Card Sorting test(WCST).Results1.The block diagram of normal group, PIQ and accumulation [respectively (7.96±1.25),(89.92±13.49),(10.45±1.40) points] and WSD group respectively (7.55±1.49),(88.14±9.82),(10.30±2.50) points] difference property (P<0.05)2. Group SD arithmetic, block diagram, picture arrangement, performance IQ and accumulation [respectively (8.56±3.28),(7.36±1.25),(9.20±2.13),(87.92±13.49),(9.70±2.40) points] and WSD group respectively (10.56±3.29),(7.96±1.25),(10.20±2.13),(89.92±13.49),(10.45±1.40) points] there was a significant difference (P<0.05)3. SD group of words, pictures and fill in the blanks, recognition, understanding and perseverative errors [respectively (9.74±2.40),(5.54±1.65),(7.07±2.35), (6.41±2.57),(69.02±11.49) points] and WSD Group [(10.74±2.91respectively.),(6.30±1.91),(8.28±2.76),(8.28±2.23),(53.11±12.92) points] there was a significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion1.
