| A free pre-pregnancy physical examinations eugenics experimental work was launched for2010in our country. Mengcheng as the country’s first experiments, carrying out process and innovating increasingly a series of good representative checking mechanism about the pre-pregnancy eugenic examinations. The pre-pregnancy physical examinations program is an people’s livelihood of educational project, this project only real get satisfaction of people, just reflect the actual value and effect.As the direct beneficiaries of the project, a couple of childbearing age and for a more complete understanding of Mengcheng pre-pregnancy physical examinations eugenics practical results, the writer completely analyze the reference checkers of satisfactory situation of this project, in order to provide the basis for further improving Mengcheng county and the reference information for comprehensively assessing national on free pre-pregnancy physical examinations eugenics.The first-hand information was collected by questionnaires and interviews from visiting three township’s offices and basing on the characteristics of the Mengcheng townships.
