Entering a technological time, with the development of science and technology from the microcosm to macrocosm, human society has achieved unprecedented achievements, meanwhile, it also widely and deeply affects human, and all the aspects of the whole society with the unprecedented speed. The rapid development of the science and technology has brought up the affluent materialistic life and has also supported the abundant spiritual enjoyment. However, at the exulting time of people for science and technology’s splendid accomplishment, the negative effects have been exposed and seriously threat the existence and development of human beings. For example, the environment of the world is getting worse and worse every year, and the biological weapons and nuclear weapons diffusing using danger is intensifying day by day. Hamlet once said,“To be, or not to be, that is the question.”Therefore, the severity of the real life makes responsible individuals to carry on the rational thinking:“Where will the technology bring people to?”Since the 20th century, some men of the insight of all circles began to spontaneously rethink the civilized progress of human beings, and explore the important problems of human beings existence and development. The paper thought that the reason of those problems was various; however, the original nature of this problem was because of our human beings. Because of“Human beings are the unique beings who can form the aim recognition”, the paper took the view of technology of two 20th Germany existential philosophers: Karl Jaspers and Martin Heidegger as the comparison others, and they all carried on the deep thought of the modern technology’s correlation with the nature, effect, and human beings. Base on the discussion of these two philosophizers’view of technology, the paper deeply explored the root that caused human existence and development’s predicament, and then discussed the essence to get out of this impasse, which was human beings’reflection on themselves and the restriction of their behaviors, rather than stopping on the self-examination and criticism.
