The Study On Writing Thinking Of Leadership Speech

The leadership speech as the important documents in the state organs and enterprises, are widely and frequently use in various occasions. The writing skills for leadership speech are urgently needed for secretaries in practice. Unfortunately, there are few studies about this topic at home and abroad until now. In my opinion, the methods of thinking are treated as the key of leadership speech writing, and I choose this topic for research. Firstly this paper briefly introduces the purpose, significance and methods of research. The studies on this topic in domestic are also discussed here. The paper is divided into three parts concerning writing thinking of leadership speech. Part â…  examines the specific meaning of leadership speech, covering the concept, nature, function, history, classification of leadership speech, and the material facts of writing activities. Part â…¡ describes the theoretical system of writing thinking, which including the role consciousness of thinking, the quality of thinking and the method of thinking. Part â…¢ establishes eight kinds of thinking mode for writing leadership speech, such as theme going first, material laying a foundation, clue linking, structure setting, outline forming, passages into chapter, modify completing, personality achievement. In the end, it concludes that we have to be familiar with the purpose and content of leadership speech, to grasp the interest and cultural level of audience, to be clever at style and personality of leader, to master the laws and policy of specific field, to study deeply on working, to cultivate ourselves thinking ability of writing, to enhance ourselves comprehensive quality, and we can good at writing the leadership speech.
