Based on Lotus Temple in Midong District of Urumqi City as investigationobject, through to the religious group visits, argue that even at the institutionalreligion groups, the folk organization still exists faith pluralism, the multivariatetendencies both to religious folk organization of a universal, folk affinity, can alsocause people thought disorder faith, with other factors and other issues, theseproblems develop, even will cause the new management dilemma. This article inview of this situation puts forward management suggestions.The introduction part defines the concept of religious organizations, the LotusTemple in Midong District and its surrounding religious organizations are introduced.Think the current religious groups surrounding activities in the crowd is relativelycomplex, should put the believers and peripheral to participate in activities of peopleinto the religious management in sight.The first chapter of the religious folk organizations characteristics wereanalyzed, that these populations in the presence of object of faith, belief of multiplemixed levels of diversity, participation in religious activities motivation randomnessand multiple diversity, religious activities in the psychological experience and thevalue expectation of multiple diverse belief. Based on the above religious folkorganization belief characteristic analysis, the article thinks: institutional religionmanagement system, cultural norms, and even the believers of the religious socialpsychological guidance, is still the primary social administration should pay fullattention to the problem.The second chapter for the formation of these characteristics and factors areanalyzed in this paper, think: specific ethnic background, culture background, historyorigin, is the cause of the Han nationality in Xinjiang area religious groups object ofbelief, belief in the complex diversity multilayer of main reason; the development ofsociety, people value diversification of social cognition, cognitive and cultural lifecognition ego identity status and cognitive factors also contributed to the abovephenomenon. Social management of the relaxation and loss may lead to unfavorablesocial and non-governmental organizations is not conducive to shun personal growthnegative direction of transformation, management problem protruding comes outnow.The third chapter in the new situation of religious folk organization belieffeature induction and analysis of formation cause and management problems thatmay arise to make four points: one is to strengthen the internal religious personnelmanagement, accomplish orderly flow; the two is to strengthen the organizationculture management, culture and establish the lead character, in order to stabilize thepopulation, grooming the understanding of the role of; three is to strengthen thesystem management and system perfection. Regularly to the higher religiousmanagement department activities, the regular effective inspection, timelyadjustment of group management, ensure the effective management of smooth; fouris organized by regularization theory training, in order to prevent the lack of formalreligious theory to ideological confusion, so in some misguided, believers in groupstheoretical problems to slide into the absurd road.
