In the process of marketing, packaging serves as a silent salesman and plays a roleof transportation and protection. BaoKang mushroom is our country’s famed andprecious edible fungi and the nutrition is very rich. Mushroom is a large fungi food thatcombines Edible and medicinal functions, and it is a kind of nutrition which containshigh protein but low adipose. The production of the mushroom in BaoKang mushroomscity—China’s first ecological environment county famous for its unique taste, smell andexcellent quality, however, BaoKang mushrooms have ignored packaging design andhave lacked brand consciousness for a long time so that could only sell in local, couldnot open the nonlocal market.Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy and the material is extremelyrich, people’s value has changed greatly, the consumers’ requirements of packaginghave enhanced to the consumption level of culture and aesthetic. How to let BaoKangmushrooms sustainable development in the new era environment and make them "fly"out from the mountains will build a brand that belongs to BaoKang mushrooms and apackaging design concept that reflects its connotation. This paper mainly discusses there-package of the BaoKang mushrooms.After investigating and surveying other brand mushrooms and BaoKangmushrooms, the author analyzed the packaging design situation of BaoKang mushroomsand summarized the problems which based on the regional characteristics and cultureconnotations of BaoKang, and suggested the importance of culture construction andbrand building according to the consumer psychology and the present situation. Finally,the author put forward the design position. This paper intends to dismiss the elementand color and pattern through spreading the brand concept of BaoKang mushrooms’packages and through grasping the characteristics of regional culture. And discuss howto cope with the mushroom packaging in personalized times, how to take socialresponsibility in low carbon tide, at last realize the BaoKang mushrooms blossom.
