Students from primary school to junior high school,they will face the pressure of entering the higherschool after entering junior high school, thereforethe middle school is a key period of student life。Themost of students who in a“psychological weaningperiod”will appear different degree adaptiveproblems,especially boarding students,they are aspecial group in this stage, most of them will appearthe problem of adjusting to the school,the problem ismore obvious in rural boarding school. this paper putsforward some strategies of solving them for ruralboarding school education teachingmanagement,through investigating the xiangfen Jmiddle school students’current situation ,looking forthe existing problem and analysing the reasons. Through summing up and analyzing literature ,andbased on study of questionnaire investigation,observation, statistical analysis and othermethods,this research that selects 255 students ofxiangfen J middle school for object investigates andanalyzes adaptability of the rural boarding schoolstudent by using the questionnaire that is compiled byWu Wudian.Zhuang Mingzhen,and HuangYuzhen,survey results showed that:(1)The overall school adjustment of rural boarding middle school isgeneral level. including teacher-student is the best ,and then peerrelations, then homework.(2)There are significant differences in varying grades, showing a‘V’word development trend. In general, students conventional adaptation tothe level declines as the grade increases.(3)There are significant gender differences in conventionaladaptation and self adaptation and homework adaptation. The girls’homework adaptation and conventional adaptation is better than boys’,the boys’self adaptation is better than girls’.(4) There are not significant differences between only-child andnon-only-child in adjustment to school, but there are significantdifferences in homework adaptation and self adaptation. (5) There are not significant differences about the students whosefather’education level are different, but There are significant differencesabout the students whose mother’education level are different.(6) There are significant differences in conventional adaptation andself adaptation and homework adaptation and homework adaptationabout the students who by different parenting styles.Through the research from the school, teachers, parents andstudents’ self level puts forward some suggestions,for school suggestionsincluding improve the students’ dormitory accommodation, equipped withfull-time life teachers and rich extracurricular activities, help thestudents’ healthy growth, and improve the teachers’ quality, strengthenthe construction of teachers ,and further strengthen the schoolcounseling program role. For teachers suggestions including regularlycarry out a class meeting on education to improve the students’schooladaptation, As schools and parents contact medium, teachers shouldcontact a good platform for them and care for students and providestudents with the show their platform, build sweet and equal classenvironment. For parents suggestions including often communicate inmind with children , learn the right way of education and charge withteachers regularly. For students suggestions including cultivate positiveand optimistic attitude, often communicate with students and teachersand be confidence and optimistic, positive into the collective life, correct understanding, improve self-recognizing level.
