The Searching On Creative Features And Playing Techniques Of Chopin’s Poland Dance Music

Frederic Chopin is a great composer and pianist of Romantic Period in Poland. Poland dance music, as one of the especially important music genres in Chopin’s piano works, the creation of which accompanies throughout his whole life. Chopin’s Poland dance music has various significant innovations based on the basic structure characteristics of the inherited Poland dance music, which makes his works greatly surpass the elder and contemporary composer no matter on number and diversity, or in the style of moving and the innovation of harmony. According to the division of the Poland dance music’s three different creative periods, the author selects representatives respectively in each period to have a research, in which it combines the theory of music ontology analysis and specific performance practice closely, and with some emphasis, it discusses the creative characteristics and playing techniques of the Poland dance music. Aims to help more players can use the right method to appropriately deduce music playing based on a profound comprehension of the connotation of Chopin’s Poland dance music.This thesis is mainly divided into three parts:the first chapter is the overview of Poland dance music, which expounds its origin, development, basic characteristics and the related creation situation. The second chapter analysis and discusses the creative characteristics of Chopin’s Poland dance music in detail, and study it through different music elements (rhythm, speed, melody, dynamics, weave body, tonality, harmonic progression) and the music structure of three representative works. In this way, it not only expresses the overall creative features of Chopin’s Poland dance music, but also reveals the evolution of creative features in different periods. The third chapter studies the playing techniques of Poland dance music from the aspects of Rhythm assurance of characteristics, free speed processing, the key-touching of singing melody, interpretation of dynamics change, solution of technical difficulties on playing, and the pedals’using, in the purpose of providing some reference for players, thereby they can more accurately, vividly play this genre works.
