A Comparative Study On Environment Art Design In Campuses Of Guangdong And Taiwan

Environment Art Design of school campuses is a new topic in the current college campus building. Campus is the place where students live in and study in. It is a platform for students showing self-expression and self-understanding. Artistic construction of the university environment is very important to enhance the campus environment and schools. The value of the process is that is a connection between the university teachers and students with the cultural ties. And it is also active in university life atmosphere of the medium and material basis. Therefore the Improvement of Environmental Art Design is very importantEnvironment Art Design is a process that makes up environment and construction in space coordinately. The extension of each other constitutes a unified space level which is rich and harmonious. Environment Art and Design of campuses is a specifically study for campus environment. The artistic design of the school campus is very complex system engineering. There are many part of it, including schools overall layout, the shape of the building art design, the public space of school, green school.This paper reviews the West, the Chinese mainland and Taiwan’s higher education development history and describes the evolution of foreign and domestic as well as in Taiwan, the campus environment of Art and Design building, summed up the thinking of society in different periods of different campus art. Based on this, the paper comparative approach two universities of Guangdong and Taiwan which the author have study and live in combined with relevant professional theoretical knowledge in the analysis of Environmental Art Design. And it summed up their respective characteristics and shortcomings. In the end, the article pointed out that the problem should be noted that in the process of artistic construction of the campus environment in the future.
