Paper-cut Industry Development Research Of Gaomi,Shandong Province

The cultural of Gaomi’s three stunts is a long history. Since Gaomi’s paper cutting art was selected for the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage, it has been attracted more and more people’s attention. By promoting the development of folk culture resources and the rational development of their cultural values, the national government provides some policies to protect the industrial development of the paper cutting.The paper proposes new ideas from two aspects. For one thing, the five-year plans of People’s Republic of China have proposed strategies for promoting cultural industry development. For another, applications for national cultural heritage have come into fashion. Moreover, the paper explores the relationship between the industrial development of Gaomi’s paper cutting and the protection of national intangible cultural heritage. Meanwhile, it is recommended that not only all the Chinese people but also people around the world should work together to protect intangible cultural heritage.Though the previous studies have already discussed Gaomi’s paper cutting art, they have not offered an operational approach to the development of industrialization and they have been lack of systematic theoretical support. The paper takes advantages of previous studies and avoids their disadvantages. The conception of developing Gaomi’s paper cutting reasonably is based on the premise that the current situation of Gaomi’s paper cutting has been analyzed adequately. In the mean time, the paper find a new approach to protect the development of national intangible cultural heritage.
