The Research Of Political Ethics Thought Of Confucius

Political thoughts and political theories appeared in the development process of the Chinese five-thousand-year civilization. As influenced by the traditional ethics culture, these political thoughts and ethnics were closely related and formed the unique Chinese characteristics of political and ethical thoughts. However, the Spring and Autumn period witnessed that the Zhou dynasty got gradually weakened, abandoned its ritual and lost control on its princes. More precisely, the whole society fell into a "anomie" state. In order to reshape its social value norms and restore its social order, Confucius put forward his own political and ethical thoughts.Combined with the present situations of our country, this paper began with the elaboration and analysis of its cultural origins, Connotation and theoretical core, illustrated the reference significance of Confucius’s political and ethical thoughts to the contemporary socialist construction. These thoughts mainly focused on"benevolence"and"ritual", contained "Morality First"political morality views," integrity priority" official virtue norms and "People oriented" achievement views. Our country is now undergoing the socialist transformation period, facing all kinds of administrative challenges. Consequently, Confucius’political and ethical thoughts have important guiding significance for our administration ethics and official virtue construction and government performance evaluation implementation.
