| Dialect and accent are major components of language study.Regional factorsof language can make up for the deficiency of language in space and time, anddiachronic characteristics of language.Therefore,in order to truly understand alanguage,it’s necessary to conduct in-depth study about the dialect and accentof the language.The subject of this paper is Tohsun accent which is a particular accent andplays an important role in dialects study of Uyghur language.Tohsun accent is considered as centerol dialect in modern Uyghur.But untilnow any comprehensive field research or systemetic linguistic description on thisaccent has not been carried out. Now it’s special traits are vanishing under theeffects of school education and other surrounding local accents.So, it is veryimportant to take records and characterize the loca varian at this critical moment.This article is consisted of three parts. Namely introduction,major body andconclusion.Part one includes an overview of topics,research methods,the reasons forseperation of Tohsun accent as well as related research at home and abroad andits significance.In addition,this paper also includes the use ofsymbols,abbreviations,at the same time drawes various dialects and accent map ofthe Uyghur language.Part two is composed of four chapter, Chapter one makes a comparative studyon phonetic features of Tohsun accent,Uyghur standard language and other dialects.It points out similarity and divergence,and the initial response to the phoneticfeatures of Tohsun accent. Chapter two conducts a comprehensive study overmorphology of Tohsun accent.Chapter three is the vocabulary of, including specificwords Tohsun accent,ancient words and symbolic language.Chapter four includes IPAtransliteration of texts about Tohsun accent. Conclusion involves solved and existing problems in this paper as well asfuture research plan. |
