The development of our National Vocal Music rooted in the long history of national development, different lifestyles and traditional aesthetic ideas.Its prosperity and development is directly linked to political, economic and cultural of the rise or fall of various nationalities in different historical periods.With the long and tortuous development of the Chinese Vocal Art, our National Vocal Music has also gone througn the process of accumulation and growing rich.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the Chinese Vocal Music has inherited the traditions culture of our ancestors,,absorbed the essence of our nation.At the same time the Chinese Vocal Music learns from the the successful experience in the creative approach, style and other aspects of the Western vocal music and uses western science, the method of system sound and singing.In the reform and opening up new social environment,the National Vocal Music moves forward constantly, showing the development characteristics with the epochal character,specificality and diversity.Firstly,this article defined the New Period and explained the concept of Nationa Vocal Music.On the background of the reform and opening-up,this paper has discussed the development conditions,development and development achievements in detail,summed up the brilliant achievements of the National Vocal Music in the New Period.So we grasp the development trend of our National Vocal Music in the New Period,and analyzes the diversity development trend of our National Vocal Music with the "Ma Yi La Variations"."Ma Yi La Variations" was adapted from Xinjiang Kazakh folk song "Ma Yi La" by the young teacher Ju Tingjiang in the China Conservatory of Music. The word was inserted a large number of gorgeous coloratura phrase on the basis of the beautiful melody. From the analysis and comparison,we expored the development trend of the Natural Vocal Music in the New Period.Retaining and inheriting the the original ecological way of singing;combining with folk-pop singing,and developing toward the "academic" singing.A long period of time in the future,they are interdependency and common development to achieve the diversity of the National Vocal Music.
