In the1980s, Cognitive Linguistics developed from America and Europe. Recently, it has gradually developed into a very influential emerging discipline of linguistics. From the broad point of view, it covers psychology, philosophy, anthropology, neuroscience, biology, computer science, including the field of human cognitive abilities of a classification. Categorization and prototype theory is one of the basic theories of cognitive linguistics. Categorization refers to the human intelligence obtained by his more meaningful categorization, sorting things to judge in accordance with the scope, classification of psychological process, not only to organize cognitive content, but also the ability to access information more effective memory, carrying out creative re-use, is one of the important pillars of cognitive activity. Any category has a typical example from the center of members to the edge of the ambiguity of examples of features, of which a typical example of the known as the "prototype." Prototype theory, category boundaries are not clear, vague, unclear boundaries between categories, there is overlapping in many aspects of human cognitive activities are included with fuzzy characteristics. Moreover, within the context of one of the characteristics of each member is not exactly the same, there are many differences on them. They only have a family resemblance. All members of an area within the status are equal or unequal, with central and marginal. Prototype plays an important role in the formation of the area. People build a prototype for the areas of cognitive reference point.Japanese is a more developed form of language. There are many changes in the shape of the word, which is very different from Chinese. In Japanese with the words according to their grammatical meaning and function of the different expression occurs when changes in the shape of the word, which is called at conjugation. Among them, the conjugation of verbs is the largest and most complex. The learning of the conjugation of verb is one of the difficulties in Japanese learning. Especially for Chinese learners, the conjugation of verb changes in Japanese study is the initial stage of a storm. Moreover, we can say right now utilize the verb form of learning sequence, students should come to remember what form of verbs, the verb form changes of the conjugation of such issues as how do we turn to the study was very few. Secondly, with regard to utilizing the names of the verb forms, the、current education in China remained to use the names in Japanese School Grammar Syntax.Prototype Theory have provided a new perspective to our language researchers. So, the article hopes that to use the new perspective of cognitive linguistics, to utilize the research on the study of Japanese verb form, from utilizing the shape of import, name, etc. The learning of foreign language is not just rote memorization of rules, but also a kind of cognitive activity of learners. The theory of cognitive linguistics approach to these simple words a sense of the experience and provides a theoretical explanation and experimental validation of a new platform. If we combine the theory and teaching practice to carry out teaching and research, must be able to develop more effective law more in line with the Japanese learners of cognitive teaching model.
